The Civil Air Patrol’s Rutland Squadron will be hosting an Open House on Thursday April 17th from 6pm to 8pm at the squadron headquarters at the Rutland Airport. Members will be on hand to showcase the cadet program for youth 12-18 as well as the program for adult volunteers. There will be information and activities related to aerospace education and flying, emergency services, leadership, physical fitness, and special activities.
The public is invited to come and learn about the Civil Air Patrol and its mission to support America’s communities with emergency response, diverse aviation and ground services, youth development and promotion of air, space and cyber power through aerospace education.
