Tampa, FL – (September 8, 2009) – Panther International LLC, the Tampa Bay-based software firm that developed the BlackCat Grant Management System, is proud to welcome Becky Mainardi as Project Manager.
Ms. Mainardi joins Panther with an extensive background in intermodal transportation planning and project management. She will have a multi-faceted role in the delivery, support, and training of our solutions to Florida Department of Transportation, including Aviation, Transit, Seaports, and Rail. In addition, Ms. Mainardi will coordinate cross functional projects, oversee all aspects of client services, and manage software training.

Becky comes to Panther with more than ten years of experience in managing aviation, rail, and intermodal programs across South Florida for the Florida Department of Transportation’s District 4 office as well as Operations Officer for Boca Raton Airport Authority. She received her M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lynn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management.
