A static display of aircraft from some of the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers and dealers joined forces on Friday and Saturday at Raleigh Executive Jetport. The latest models of general aviation aircraft were on display for the free, two-day showcase, just one of 12 in the nation, and the only expo scheduled this year on the East Coast between White Plains, New York, and Naples, Florida.

An ownership seminar on Friday at noon featured representatives from AirFleet Capital, Aviation Tax Consultants and Wings Aviation Insurance to provide essential information on acquiring and owning aircraft.

Raleigh Exec is located just 15 minutes from Raleigh’s Outer Beltline and designated as a reliever airport for Raleigh-Durham International (RDU). The airport is home to a vibrant aviation community centered around corporate aircraft, aviation-related businesses, recreational planes and one of the nation’s oldest and most respected flying clubs.

The ICON A5 drew a lot of attention.

Among airport’s full services are Jet A and 100LL aircraft fuel, complete aircraft maintenance, avionics repair, pilot weather services, flight schools, secure hangars with limited-access gates, car service, courtesy and rental automobiles, and catering.

Nicole Pereira and Jake Morris assisted attendees at the registration table.
