Kimley-Horn has announced their expansion into New England with pavement engineering services by welcoming Kathy Keegan, P.E. Ms. Keegan brings 25 years of industry-leading pavement management and engineering services to Kimley Horn’s newest location in the Greater Boston area and will play a key role in further expanding and diversifying Kimley-Horn’s already significant aviation, roadway, and commercial pavement engineering services to clients. Her practice is national in scope encompassing aviation, federal government, freight rail, state DOTs, municipal, and private clients.

Throughout her career, Ms. Keegan has worked for a municipality responsible for more than 2,000 miles of pavement; and as a consultant who has managed pavement management, evaluation, and design projects at airports and facilities. She combines a passion for pavement consulting with a desire to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients.
