Passero Associates has announced that Michael Joseph, PE has joined the Passero Aviation Department as Program Manager. Joseph will manage Passero’s Atlanta area office and will be responsible for leading the firm’s efforts in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Joseph is an accomplished professional with over 23 years of experience as a civil engineering consultant, and has built a reputation with clients, peers, government agencies, and contractors for his accessibility and availability. He consistently puts forth the extra effort required to complete projects that exceed client expectations. His clients find him to be a trusted advisor that brings a fresh perspective, finding cost-effective ways to accomplish their development goals.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Joseph has a wide variety of experience successfully managing projects from concept through construction throughout the United States. This experience includes aviation (general aviation and commercial airports), site development (commercial, municipal, residential, industrial, office/warehouse), and transportation (roadway, railroad, pedestrian facilities) projects. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University.
