Pennsylvania ACP Board of Directors Appoints New Officers

Scott Gray.jpg The Aviation Council of Pennsylvania (ACP) announced the appointment of new officers including Scott Gray (shown at right), President (Washington County Airport), Bryan Rodgers, Vice President (University Park Airport), and John Graham, Secretary (Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics). This action was taken by the ACP Board of Directors at the 35th Annual Pennsylvania Aviation and Aerospace Conference held in October.

“I am excited about the opportunity to represent all aspects of aviation in the Commonwealth and to be able to help guide the Council” said newly appointed President Scott Gray. He continued “the ACP Officers and Board of Directors are also going to be working closely with the Senate Aviation Caucus in addressing a broad range of issues that are impacting aviation growth in the Commonwealth.”

The ACP also elected several new Board of Directors members. They are:

• Tim Edwards (Harrisburg International Airport)
• Charles Everett (Lehigh Valley International Airport)
• John Graham, Secretary (Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics)
• Tom Hart (Williamsport Regional Airport)
• David Holman (Pittsburgh Jet Center)
• Chad Nixon (McFarland Johnson)
• Bryan Rodgers, Vice President (University Park Airport)

These newly elected members join the remaining members of the ACP Board:

• Carl Beardsley, Jr. (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport)
• Jay Beratan (RS&H)
• Keith Brune (Philadelphia International Airport)
• Ann Dugan (Headwater SC)
• David Eberly, Jr. (Lancaster Airport)
• Dan Gallogly (EPIC Aviation)
• Scott Gray, President (Washington County Airport)
• Rick Holes, Immediate Past President (L.R. Kimball)
• Lowell Levengood (Retired Aviation Professional)
• John Mininger (Bucks County Airport Authority)
• Eric Smith (Kaplan, Kirsch & Rockwell)

“The diversity of the Board provides the ACP a great cross-section of aviation
leaders from across the Commonwealth to assist in all types of aviation issues”
said newly appointed President Scott Gray. He continued “the ACP Officers and
Board of Directors also recognized Barry Centini for his 26 years and Paul Heintz
for his 21 years of service to the members of ACP and the Board and both have
been appointed as ACP Honorary Members.”
The Aviation Council of Pennsylvania (ACP) consists of airports, fixed-base operators, aviation schools, business aircraft operators, aerospace manufacturers and suppliers, air charter operators, and other aviation organizations and suppliers all working together to improve and promote aviation throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
