Aviation Institute of Maintenance Welcomes New Campus Executive Director in Manassas

Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Dengler to the role of Campus Executive Director at the Manassas campus. Dengler brings over three decades of experience in admissions, operations, and campus leadership, making him a valuable addition to the AIM family. Dengler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Business from University of Albany, SUNY.

Prior to joining AIM, Dengler served as the Campus Director of Altierus Career College, where he played a pivotal role in providing operational leadership and strategic vision. His efforts significantly contributed to the student population growth and improved retention rates. Dengler’s in-depth knowledge of AIM’s accrediting body, along with his experience in trades industries such as Welding, HVAC, and CDL, will undoubtedly benefit the institution.

Dr. Joel English, President of AIM, expressed enthusiasm about Dengler’s appointment stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Tim to our organization and believe his dedication to student success and his passion for workforce development will mean great things for our students in Northern Virginia, and for our aviation partners at Washington Dulles Airport, Reagan National Airport, and throughout the Washington, D.C. area.” Mr. Dengler is equally excited about joining the AIM community, stating, “I am honored to join the AIM network of schools and lead the Manassas Campus.
