The award was presented by NBAA Project Manager of Professional Development Tyler Austin and Utah Business Aviation Association (UBAA) Chair Jeff Hansen on May 17, during a Utah Business Aviation Association (UBAA) scholarship event.
Over his 17 years in the position, Morley has performed a wide range of duties on behalf of the state of Utah and worked with many aviation stakeholders both locally and nationally, including being a valuable member of the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO). He has been an advisor, collaborator and friend to NBAA and the business aviation community in Utah.
“We are truly fortunate to have people like Pat in our industry, as he has a wealth of knowledge and has set the bar as a true leader for so many of us,” said Kristi Ivey, NBAA northwest regional representative. “These traits alone would be great, but even more significant to mention is that Pat is simply one of the nicest and most positive individuals around.”
