Epic Flight Academy graduated its first class of Airframe & Powerplant Aircraft Mechanics from its Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport campus on December 4th, 2025. Seventeen students graduated from the FAA-certified Part 147 program and many already have jobs lined up.

Epic COO and Aircraft Mechanic Program Director Josh Rawlins said, “We broke ground here in April 2023. This class of students began one year later in April 2024. To see them graduate now, fully qualified as A&Ps, is a real thrill.”

CVG Campus Director Jon Luck added, “These students trained for 19 months. Most of the training Is hands-on and working on actual aircraft. They learned how to inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft to FAA standards.”

Currently, there are 12 full-time instructors on site training approximately 100 students. The next class will begin training at the CVG campus on February 16, 2026. Applicants can pre-qualify to train at Epic online in a matter of minutes.

Epic also has an Aircraft Mechanic School in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and ten FAA-Part 141 flight training schools around the U.S.
