Frank has been a private pilot for 37 years. Just after retiring as an IBEW electrician five years ago, he purchased a 1939 Piper J4A and has logged over 700 hours of flying since. He has a special love of “ski flying,” especially landing on Minnesota’s frozen lakes. Frank was entered into the drawing when he registered his new Lightspeed Zulu.2 headset. He plans to use his winnings to support his, as he puts it, “aviation habit.”

“Week after week our drawings find interesting and adventuresome pilots,” said Teresa De Mers, Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support for Lightspeed. “Because they are a random sample of the hundreds that enter, it is fun to imagine how many remarkable aviation stories are out there.”

The $500 Burger Getaway weekly drawings run through January 7, 2014. For more information, visit LightspeedAviation.com/500DollarBurger.
