BELFORT DIGIWXTM WEATHER STATION INSTALLED AT PROVIDENCIALAES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, BWI

Belfort Instrument Company, a manufacturer of meteorological sensor and systems, has installed its DigiWxTM Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) at the Providencialaies International Airport (PLS), Turks and Caicos Islands, BWI.

Providenciales International Airport (IATA: PLS, ) on the island of Providenciales is the main international airport serving the Turks and Caicos Islands, an overseas territory of the United Kingdom. It is operated by Turks & Caicos Islands Airports Authority.

Providenciales International Airport replaced the existing, obsolete weather reporting station with the Belfort DigiWxtm AWOS to ensure continuing safe flight operations for this vacation destination.
