Passero Associates welcomes Stan Price, PE who joins the Passero Aviation Department as Senior Project Manager.
Price has more than 30 years of experience as a Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer for over 150 airport projects and over 300 other civil design projects. He has served clients in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, and comes to Passero from the Orlando area, where he was a Senior Project Manager, responsible for program development, grant procurement, project management, development of contract documents and technical specifications, schedules, and project budgets. He has extensive knowledge of FAA guidelines, requirements, procedures and Advisory Circulars. He also has expertise in financial accountability for budgets and profitability.
Responsible for the overall technical delivery of aviation development projects and for managing engineering projects, Stan’s primary technical expertise is in design and construction engineering, including grading, pavement systems, drainage facilities, navigational aids, lighting systems, airport geometry, fencing, security and access control, environmental mitigation, obstruction removal, and general utilities. He has experience at numerous medium, small, and non-hub airports across the United States. Stan serves in a technical review and senior QA/QC role, which allows him to draw from over three decades of design and construction experience.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi, Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is also a Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level II Certified Design Professional, and is Certified by OSHA in Construction Safety and Health.
Outside of the office, Stan enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and visiting historical sites. He is a resident of St. Augustine, Florida.
