Todd Green Aeronautics Division Program Manager Recipient of Director’s Award

Colorado Division of Aeronautics’ Program Manager Todd Green (right) is presented with the 2023 Director’s Award by Aeronautics Division Director David Ulane.

The Colorado Division of Aeronautics Program Manager Todd Green was presented the 2023 Director’s Award by Division Director David Ulane. The award was presented to Todd in recognition of his longstanding commitment and dedication to the Division’s mission and vision, steadfast support of the Division Director, and outstanding leadership of the Division’s planning team.

Todd began his aviation career in 2008 as an Airport Management Intern at Centennial Airport (APA), later becoming the airport’s Noise and Planning Specialist.  In 2012, Todd joined the Aeronautics Division team as an Aviation Planner, and in 2017 he was promoted to his current role as the Division’s Program Manager where he oversees the Division’s gamut of aviation funding programs.

Kim Stevens

Kim Stevens is the publisher of State Aviation Journal, which he founded in 2009. A longtime commercial-rated pilot, he was introduced to state aviation in 1992 as Director of the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics, later serving as Deputy Division Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation's Aeronautics Division. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director of Communications and Operations for the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) in Washington, D.C. Relocating to North Carolina, Kim worked for the Raleigh-Durham International Airport for two years and now concentrates solely on the Journal. Prior to his aviation career, Kim spent a decade in the newspaper and magazine business.
