W.J. ‘Jim’ Lane, Mayor of Scottsdale, Arizona and an advocate of business aviation, proclaimed July 2014 as General Aviation Appreciation Month in the city of Scottsdale and urged his citizens to recognize the importance that aviation plays in their community.
