Tampa, FL – (March 25, 2009) – Panther International, LLC announced the appointment of John Kwon to the position of Director of Programming Services. Mr. Kwon will be responsible for production team scheduling, staff supervision, quality control, and all aspects of the application programming department.

John’s role includes: team development, staff supervision, resource allocation, deadline management, application support, product testing, training, and quality assurance.
Mr. Kwon has a strong background in programming and development. In his previous role, he was a lead programmer on efforts and implementations for many of Panther’s large development projects, including work for the Florida Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Florida Airports Council, and the Puerto Rico Ports Authority.
John previously served as developer for Mindcraft, Inc. and Mainspot in Toronto, Canada. He has experience in software development, web design, hardware support, and customer service. He received a degree in Information Systems Technology from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario.
