TVPX, a leading provider of 1031 exchanges and trust services for the aircraft industry, announced that Brett King, Michael Hoggan, and Scott Nielsen have joined the company’s trust group. Brett, Michael and Scott spent the prior eight years at Bank of Utah overseeing the Corporate Trust Group, where they were responsible for well over five hundred annual aviation trust transactions. Prior to the Bank of Utah, Brett, Michael and Scott worked within the Corporate Trust Services at Wells Fargo for over ten years.
Brett King commented, “Speaking for the three of us, we enjoyed our years at Bank of Utah, but we were looking for a new platform that would allow us to be more responsive to the needs of our aviation trust clients, and the timing could not have been better to team up with TVPX. The TVPX team is already well respected in aviation circles and we are excited to be in a position to provide the highest quality trust solutions available to the industry.”
“We are very excited to have Brett, Michael and Scott join Dave Wall and the rest of our team at TVPX” commented Tobias Kleitman, President of TVPX. “Their professionalism, integrity and character make them a perfect fit for TVPX. Since we launched our trust division in 2014, we have experienced tremendous growth and this addition to our group will allow us to continue to expand and improve the services that our aviation clients have come to expect from TVPX over the last 14 years. Our latest hires bring the combined aviation experience of our TVPX team to well over 100 total years.”
“Brett, Michael and Scott have impeccable reputations and credentials, and their interest in teaming up with TVPX is a clear vote of confidence that TVPX is and will continue to be a top-tier aviation trust provider.” added Jeff Towers, General Counsel of TVPX.
