The Airport Consultants Council (ACC) announced recently that Chris Spaulding, C.M. has been promoted to Manager, Communications. Spaulding’s promotion was effective as of August, 1, 2016. In this capacity, he will take on greater responsibility in managing the council’s website, email, publications and social media platforms as well as the ACC Young Professionals (YP) Forum initiatives in an effort to promote networking, mentoring, education and career growth opportunities among YP’s in the aviation industry.
“Chris’ promotion to Manager, Communications reflects his tremendous growth within ACC and his excellent service to the members and the overall industry,” said ACC President T.J. Schulz. “Not only has he helped to improve ACC’s communications from a strategic and design standpoint, he has played an instrumental role in founding and growing the ACC Young Professionals Forum. The YP Forum, which currently stands at over 375 members strong, has been an excellent program in engaging the younger generation of aviation professionals, with excellent professional development and networking opportunities. His role in leading the YP Forum is among the many reasons Chris was recognized last year as one of Airport Business magazine’s Top 40 Under 40. Please help me congratulate Chris on his promotion.”
