RTCA, Inc. announced the appointment of Chris Rocheleau and Dr. Kerry Buckley to its Board of Directors.
Chris Rocheleau was recently named the new chief operating officer for the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). In that role he oversees all of NBAA’s activities related to aircraft and flight department operations, including administrative, financial, and human resources functions. Rocheleau recently came to the NBAA after serving over 20 years with the FAA, including as acting associate administrator for aviation safety, chief of staff, assistant administrator for policy, executive director for international affairs, and director of the office of emergency operations and investigations.
Dr. Kerry Buckley serves as vice president for the MITRE Corporation’s Center for Advanced Aviation System Development (CAASD), the federally funded research and development center that MITRE operates for the FAA. She leads MITRE’s domestic and international civil aviation, aerospace, and transportation strategic and business operations. Her previous roles at MITRE included vice president, Air and Space Forces, for MITRE National Security, vice president for Intelligence Programs, and directed MITRE’s Information Technology Technical Center.
