C&S Companies has announced that the following employees have been promoted to new roles in C&S’s aviation practice.
Jeffrey Palin, P.E., LEED AP, is a vice president managing C&S’s aviation facilities architecture and engineering practice and agency construction management group. He has been with C&S for more than 30 years, managing a wide variety of facility design and construction projects involving structural and civil design, and construction.
Matthew Wenham, P.E., ENV SP, is a vice president leading our national aviation engineering and construction practice. His more than 20 years of experience include planning, design, and construction of all aspects of airport improvement projects, including leading design teams at some of the country’s largest airports. Matt was recently named chair of the Airport Consultants Council.
Brian Clark is a vice president responsible for our Southeast Region and Orlando and Tampa offices’ aviation practice. He has 15+ years of experience in the A/E industry in business development and operational management, and prior to that, a broad background in public administration and public policy with a business trade association and the United States House of Representatives.
Cory Hazlewood is Western-Pacific group manager. He is responsible for the firm’s California and Arizona aviation and construction practices. Cory has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and is a national leader in public-private partnerships and design-build delivery systems. In his 15+ years at C&S, he has helped grow our aviation practice with projects at some of the nation’s largest hubs.
Marc Champigny is aviation planning group manager, overseeing C&S’s national aviation planning practice, which includes unique specialties such as terminal planning, sustainability, land use and market strategies, and airside and landside planning. He has a solid background in both consulting and the public sector, where he served an airport operations coordinator and with a state DOT aviation group.
