Joining him is Lynn Moore, the newly appointed Vice President of Business Development. Dr. Starke noted, “Our founder’s legacy of innovation and commitment to safety has shaped our company and industry profoundly. Portside, a leading innovator in technology and software solutions for business and government aviation, acquired Baldwin last October. Alek Vernitsky, CEO of Portside, stated, “Both Jason and Lynn have demonstrated great leadership and dedication to the Baldwin company, and we are excited to see them thrive in their new positions. Their promotions are a testament to our commitment to continuity and growth. In addition, I want to express our deep gratitude to Don and Nancy for their vision for the company more than 20 years ago and the decades of hard work to build Baldwin Safety & Compliance into the industry leader it is today. We wish them all the best in their retirement.”
