Air Charter Safety Foundation Announces Dates for 2025 Safety Symposium

The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) has announced that its 2025 Safety Symposium will take place from April 7-9, hosted at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Daytona Beach campus. The event, co-hosted by Embry-Riddle’s Boeing Center for Aviation and Aerospace Safety and the College of Aviation, will bring together business aviation professionals dedicated to advancing safety in the industry.

The ACSF Safety Symposium is an annual, two-day gathering where safety leaders and experts from across the aviation sector convene to review and discuss current and emerging safety challenges. This year’s event promises to be even more interactive, informative and valuable, offering attendees valuable insights and practical strategies to take back to their flight departments. Key topics will focus on addressing common risks and providing actionable solutions to mitigate them.

“Our goal for this year will be making the symposium keenly focused on common safety risks and how to mitigate those risks. We want everyone who attends to be able to walk away with something they can take back to their flight departments that will have a measurable impact on safety” said Bryan Burns, President and CEO of ACSF.

Attendees will also have the chance to network with both current and future industry leaders, including students from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, who represent the next generation of aviation professionals.

“The Safety Symposium provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage, exchange ideas, and collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance aviation safety,” said Burns.

Reflecting on the previous year’s success, Burns expressed gratitude to the hosts and emphasized the event’s significance. “This Symposium is truly a top-tier aviation safety industry event. Even if you only had the opportunity to attend a single session, it would be worth the trip,”

The 2024 Symposium saw attendees and organizations from across the aviation industry, and the upcoming event is expected to attract even more participants eager to engage in meaningful discussions and advance the cause of aviation safety.
