The Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission will host “AERO Oklahoma”, an Aviation & Aerospace Advocacy Day on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol in Oklahoma City.
“AERO Oklahoma” Day places aviation and aerospace businesses and organizations front and center. As Oklahoma’s second largest industry, the purpose of this awareness day is to recognize this vital economic engine and to provide a greater understanding of the impact aviation has on the lives of our citizens.
Over 80 aviation entities will participate by setting up exhibits around the rotundas to promote their organizations, illustrating what impact they and the rest of the state’s aerospace industry have on Oklahoma’s economy and to meet one-on-one with state legislators and other elected officials regarding aviation.
Registration is free to all attendees. Lunch tickets are available seperately for $10 per person plus the Eventbrite fee. Available amount of lunch tickets is limited due to space.
