Steven Baldwin Associates (SBA) has promoted Ms. Penny Perkins to Vice President of the firm.
Ms. Perkins has been with the firm since its inception in 2011. She is a seasoned business professional with more than three decades of experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, and corporate communications.
At SBA, Ms. Perkins is responsible for overseeing a majority of client accounts and has served as a project manager and/or project director on multiple important assignments. She has conducted several strategic planning assignments for clients, as well as organizational assessments, departmental and programmatic reviews and evaluations, and benchmarking analyses, among other assignments.
Since starting with SBA, she has managed an increasingly diverse set of duties and has grown to be an integral leader within the SBA team. “Penny has been with the firm since its beginning nearly 10 years ago,” said Steve Baldwin, President/CEO. “Throughout this period, she has demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism, work ethic, and teamwork. She is embraced by each of our clients and is equally adept at performing technical work, business development, and contributing to the overall management of the firm.
