The 37th Copperstate Regional Fly-In is under way today through October 24 at Casa Grande Airport, Arizona. See all types of recreational aviation – homebuilts, powered parachutes, ultralights, light-sport
aircraft, certificated, classic, vintage, and of course, warbirds. Aviation forums will run throughout the event, including two each day – on affordable flying and sport pilot/light-sport aircraft – by EAA’s Ron Wagner, manager of field operations. EAA is sponsor of the fly-in’s forum programs as well as aircraft judging awards. Exhibitors’ area is open on Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. See more coverage in the upcoming Arizona Focus section of the November/December issue of the State Aviation Journal.
