Piper Names Sales Representative for the Netherlands

 Piper Aircraft Inc. named Piper Netherlands, at Teuge International Airport, as the company’s sales representative in the Western European country. Its affiliate, Stella Aviation Maintenance, is responsible for parts and service.

"We are pleased to add Piper Netherlands to our sales network in Europe," said Piper Head of Global Sales and Business Development Drew McEwen. "As the company expands our presence throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa to take advantage of market possibilities, we have chosen an excellent partner in the Netherlands."
 
Enrico Evers, Piper’s director of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa, will work closely with Piper Netherlands General Manager Martijn Bras, who commented, "We are excited about the opportunities in the Netherlands and eager to demonstrate the capabilities of Piper’s product line to a growing customer base."

Kim Stevens

Kim Stevens is the publisher of State Aviation Journal, which he founded in 2009. A longtime commercial-rated pilot, he was introduced to state aviation in 1992 as Director of the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics, later serving as Deputy Division Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation's Aeronautics Division. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director of Communications and Operations for the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) in Washington, D.C. Relocating to North Carolina, Kim worked for the Raleigh-Durham International Airport for two years and now concentrates solely on the Journal. Prior to his aviation career, Kim spent a decade in the newspaper and magazine business.
