Cubic Corporation today introduced its new corporate brand identity. The name Cubic (mathematical cube of a number) and associated Cube with the Western Hemisphere globe inside was chosen by Cubic founder, Walter J. Zable to demonstrate the company’s worldwide engineering capabilities. This rich heritage of providing engineering solutions with services worldwide continues.
The new logo incorporates a globe with a worldwide picture to better reflect the global extent of Cubic’s operation and people. The updated branding includes visual elements that reflect Cubic’s heritage but also emphasize Cubic’s forward-thinking mindset, objective to achieve strong growth and drive innovation.
“Cubic delivers best in class products and now we have a redefined look to go with it. Our new corporate branding underscores and demonstrates clearly who we are and translates to Cubic’s growing portfolio of innovative technologies and services worldwide,” said Brad Feldmann, president and chief operating officer of Cubic Corporation. “Our Cubic brand is much more than just images. The way our customers experience our products is our most important brand impression. Cubic’s new brand signifies our world-wide presence and market leadership.”
Cubic’s new motto, ‘Global. Innovative. Trusted.’ was carefully crafted to reflect the Cubic of today and tomorrow:
• Global: Today, Cubic has worldwide presence in 45 countries and more than 50 percent of Cubic’s work force is located outside the United States. Cubic’s new corporate branding illustrates a more global perspective, demonstrating further commitment to expand the company’s already significant international business base.
• Innovative: Cubic’s founder always pressed employees to provide state-of-the-art solutions to our customers. His legacy lives on today with innovation processes that enable and create best-in-class solutions for our customers.
• Trusted: At Cubic, we build great relationships with our customers and we want them to know that we can be absolutely relied upon and trusted.
