Bailey joins Jet Quest team as the South Central US Sales Representative

david bailey.jpg Jet Quest has announced that David Bailey has joined the team as the South Central US Sales Representative. David is a former Apache helicopter commander and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Bailey formerly led a sales team providing medical equipment in emergency situations and is excited to combine those time-critical and calm-under-pressure skills with his life-long love of aviation.

Bailey commented, “I am excited to help Jet Quest increase their focus on Citations and help Citation owners navigate through the sales and acquisition process.” David will be based in Jet Quest’s Georgetown, Texas office and will specialize in the Citation Mustang.

Kim Stevens

Kim Stevens is the publisher of State Aviation Journal, which he founded in 2009. A longtime commercial-rated pilot, he was introduced to state aviation in 1992 as Director of the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics, later serving as Deputy Division Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation's Aeronautics Division. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director of Communications and Operations for the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) in Washington, D.C. Relocating to North Carolina, Kim worked for the Raleigh-Durham International Airport for two years and now concentrates solely on the Journal. Prior to his aviation career, Kim spent a decade in the newspaper and magazine business.
