National Aviation Hall of Fame Welcomes Mary Miller of Signature Aviation to Board of Trustees

The National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) has announced the appointment of Mary Miller, a distinguished figure in the aviation industry, to its Board of Trustees.

“With her extensive expertise in industry and government affairs, Mary brings important insights and a steadfast commitment to elevating the role of business and general aviation on a global scale. We warmly welcome Mary to our esteemed board and eagerly anticipate the transformative contributions she will bring,” said Aimee Maruyama, President and CEO, NAHF.

Jim Cooling, NAHF Board Chair said they are thrilled to welcome Miller. “Her deep-rooted passion for aviation, extensive industry knowledge, and leadership acumen makes her an invaluable addition to our team. We look forward to working with Mary as we continue to honor the remarkable individuals who have shaped the history and future of aviation.”

Miller is Vice President of Industry and Government Affairs for Signature Aviation and has been in her current role since 2010.

Kim Stevens

Kim Stevens is the publisher of State Aviation Journal, which he founded in 2009. A longtime commercial-rated pilot, he was introduced to state aviation in 1992 as Director of the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics, later serving as Deputy Division Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation's Aeronautics Division. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director of Communications and Operations for the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) in Washington, D.C. Relocating to North Carolina, Kim worked for the Raleigh-Durham International Airport for two years and now concentrates solely on the Journal. Prior to his aviation career, Kim spent a decade in the newspaper and magazine business.
