FAA Deputy Administrator Chris Rocheleau Receives NATA’s 2025 Distinguished Public Service Award

NATA is honoring FAA Deputy Administrator Chris Rocheleau with its 2025 Distinguished Public Service Award, recognizing his steadfast leadership and integrity during a pivotal time for aviation. Deputy Administrator Rocheleau’s career has been dedicated to strengthening the national airspace system through safety, modernization, and partnership. His leadership as Deputy Administrator—and as Acting FAA Administrator during a critical period in 2025—demonstrated steady guidance, a focus on safety, and collaboration that reinforced public trust. A longtime advocate for business and general aviation, he has also served as Chief Operating Officer at NBAA and in the U.S. Air Force.
