CRISALION Mobility, a Spanish leader in the design and development of advanced electric mobility solutions that are efficient, safe and sustainable, has appointed Andrea Martínez García as its Chief People & Culture Officer.
With over 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources sector, Andrea offers a holistic perspective and broad expertise in talent management and development across various sectors and business settings. Her main challenge as Chief People & Culture Officer will be to take a bold approach to strengthening the company’s HR activities, working to growth targets befitting a project as ambitious and extensive as CRISALION Mobility.
Andrea has a Degree in Psychology from the University of Salamanca and an MBA from Madrid’s IE business school and has held senior positions in Human Resources at sector leaders such as BNP Paribas RE, PwC, Canon and Kellogg’s, among others.
