Veracity Engineering Announced as Newest NASAO Business Partner

The National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) has announced that Veracity Engineering has joined NASAO as its newest business partner.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Veracity Engineering as a business partner,” said NASAO President and CEO Mark Kimberling. “They are a natural fit with our organization with their long history of working with the FAA, and industry stakeholders across the spectrum. We truly look forward to working with them in the year ahead and beyond.”

Veracity is an industry leader in aviation engineering and management consulting. “We are very proud of our new partnership with NASAO,” said Michael Hawthorne, Vice President, Strategy and Development. “We feel this will open new doors and opportunities to further our mission to make aviation safer, more efficient, and more accessible. Kim Stevens is the publisher of State Aviation Journal, which he founded in 2009. A longtime commercial-rated pilot, he was introduced to state aviation in 1992 as Director of the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics, later serving as Deputy Division Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation's Aeronautics Division. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director of Communications and Operations for the National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) in Washington, D.C. Relocating to North Carolina, Kim worked for the Raleigh-Durham International Airport for two years and now concentrates solely on the Journal. Prior to his aviation career, Kim spent a decade in the newspaper and magazine business.
