Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) has announced the promotion of Nichole Love to Director of Human Resources. In this new role, Love will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development.
Love has been a valuable member of the MSCAA team for eight years, previously serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she has made significant contributions to the company, including partnering with executive leadership to drive culture transformation and succession planning, leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Prior to her career with MSCAA, Love accumulated years of human resources experience across public and nonprofit sectors. She is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Public Sector Human Resources Association Senior Certified Professional (PSHRA-SCP). Love received a Bachelor of Business Administration- Human Resources Management and Master of Business Administration – Human Resources Management from the University of Memphis.
