Conklin & de Decker and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) continue to offer the only tax seminar for commercial operators. The Commercial Operators Tax Seminar (“Tax Seminar”) deals with taxes that you, the operator, face every day in your operations.
Commercial operators contend with a convoluted maze of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), federal, state and local tax laws, insurance issues and international fees. During this seminar attention is given to how to survive an IRS audit or state tax audit in light of the attention being given to commercial operators. In addition, a review of aircraft management and charter/management agreements will be presented along with information on what elements should be included.
