Commercial Operators Tax Seminar (August 6-7)

 Conklin & de Decker Associates, Inc. and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) continue to offer the only tax seminar for commercial operators.  The Commercial Operators Tax Seminar ("Tax Seminar") deals with taxes that you, the commercial operator, face every day in your operations.

Are you concerned with the recent IRS Chief Counsel Advisory relating to the application of the commercial FET to owner flights and management fees?  This seminar will provide insight on this and other IRS opinions and how to prepare and survive an IRS audit.

A comprehensive review of the Federal Aviation Regulations, Ops Spec A008 and language that should be included in charter/management and management agreements will be provided on the first day.

  • $995 per person after July 15, 2013

  • Substitutions/Cancellations: A full refund less a ten percent (10%) administrative/processing fee will be made for all seminar cancellations.  In order to receive a prompt refund, your notice of cancellation must be made in writing.  In addition, a registration can be transferred in lieu of a cancellation.  All requests must be in writing and can be emailed to Christine Preston.  If you are unable to attend and wish to send another representative please email the name and contact information of your replacement to seminars@conklindd.com.
