Steven Baldwin Associates recently named Marco Ingoglia as an Associate with the company. With more than 15 years of program and project management experience, Mr. Ingoglia has worked with various industry sectors, including A&E, industrial manufacturing, and large non-profit organizations across the Northeastern United States.
As the newest associate, he will serve as a business analyst, bringing to the team his knowledge of project and program administration, as well as customer service expertise.
Ingoglia is a graduate of the State University of New York, earning an M.B.A. in Business Management and Administration and will be based out of Baldwin’s Albany, New York headquarters where, in addition to serving as a business analyst, he will also provide administrative and analytical expertise to several client projects, including ongoing executive salary and compensation analysis for multiple clients, and the company’s strategic planning study for the St. Cloud Regional Airport (STC) in Minnesota.
In addition to providing support for client project deliverables, Ingoglia will also assist in finance, organizational management, and business development endeavors. According to a Baldwin Associates news release, Marco’s extensive experience in operations management and robust leadership experience in a variety of sectors will be an asset to the SBA team.
