{"id":8581,"date":"2017-04-21T12:23:13","date_gmt":"2017-04-21T12:23:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/?p=8581"},"modified":"2017-04-21T12:23:13","modified_gmt":"2017-04-21T12:23:13","slug":"modern-logistics-receives-certification-to-operate-its-own-air-cargo-fleet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/index.php\/international-news\/modern-logistics-receives-certification-to-operate-its-own-air-cargo-fleet\/%20","title":{"rendered":"Modern Logistics Receives Certification to Operate its Own Air Cargo Fleet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brazil\u2019s civil aviation regulator ANAC (Ag\u00c3\u00aancia Nacional de Avia\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00a3o Civil) has issued an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to Modern Logistics, a rising Brazilian supply-chain solution company, following a comprehensive audit.\u00c2\u00a0 The AOC was received on April 4, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Modern Logistics offers third-party logistics solutions via an integrated logistics platform with multimodal transport and distribution centers strategically-located across the country.\u00c2\u00a0 With the AOC, Modern Logistics now adds a third, and most strategic, asset to its operation:\u00c2\u00a0 the right to operate a fleet of cargo aircraft in Brazil and the region.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The AOC attests to our technical ability to operate in Brazil and the region. The timing is certainly opportune given the economic recovery of the country,\u201d said Gerald Blake Lee, Modern Logitsics\u2019 Chief Executive Officer.\u00c2\u00a0 &#8220;ANAC\u2019s approval represents more than two years of dedication from our team.
