As Head of Marketing and Sales, he and his team now manage the aircraft manufacturer\u2019s international activities from its headquarters in Strausberg near Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2015, Thimm joined the Stemme AG to manage the After Sales department. In this capacity he will continue to focus on making customer service more efficient and to increase the quality level. Over the past twelve months, this key position gave Thimm an opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of company structures and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cService is the ideal place to become thoroughly familiar with the aircraft and get to know customers and their wishes,\u201d said Thimm. He is now bringing that knowledge to bear in Marketing and Sales, strengthening the team consisting of Thilo Harsdorf (Marketing &amp; Communication), Alexander Ludwig (Key Account Manager) and Sven Schmitz (Key Account Manager).
