The SwiftBroadband service provides high-speed in-flight internet connectivity, allowing passengers to use their iPads&reg;, laptops, BlackBerrys, iPhones&reg; and other Wi-Fi devices at connection speeds that provide an experience similar to that of ground-based Wi-Fi connections.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Thrane &amp; Thrane&rsquo;s SwiftBroadband System (Aviator 700) comes with four channels of global voice, one flight deck data link and up to two channels for internet (data). Other features of the system are:&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;VoIP connectivity&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Low-cost voice&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Built-in router to support multiple wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) laptops and\/or PDA devices&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Built in PBX to support multiple handsets&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ISDN connectivity (video conferencing)&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>This aircraft communications upgrade can be scheduled now at any of Duncan Aviation&rsquo;s avionics installation locations, including Lincoln, Neb., Battle Creek, Mich., and several of Duncan Aviation&rsquo;s satellite avionics shops.
