Deaton will lead the creation of new offerings and experiences for NBAA members, forge strategic partnerships across the industry, launch new products and services and accelerate the association\u2019s growth at a transformational time for business aviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the past four years, Deaton has served as the CEO of jetAVIVA, one the world\u2019s largest and fastest-growing aircraft brokerages. At jetAVIVA, she significantly grew annual revenue, while expanding into new aircraft categories and building sales partnerships on five continents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining jetAVIVA, Deaton was a business development manager at Embraer Executive Jets, where she developed new markets and rebuilt the manufacturer\u2019s process for tracking and pursuing sales opportunities. She serves on the board of Angel Flight West and the International Aircraft Dealers Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2022, Deaton was named to NBAA\u2019s Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40. She has a bachelor\u2019s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NBAA created the role of senior vice president for product development and sales to expand the organization\u2019s support for a vibrant industry that is developing futuristic new modes of flight, new business models, a new generation of customers and workforce professionals and new opportunities across domestic and global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
