Outgoing AzAA President Ed Rose (Sedona Airport) presented the award, recognizing Munden\u2019s critical role in defending the Aviation Fund and his ongoing commitment to airport collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMatt was instrumental in connecting me with the right ADOT staff to acquire accurate data critical for positioning in defense of the Aviation Fund. Rose acknowledged Reffner\u2019s vigilance in monitoring state legislation impacting airports and his strategic efforts to improve AzAA\u2019s visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDavid\u2019s passion for Arizona airports has been essential to strengthening the association\u2019s advocacy efforts. Through this recognition, AzAA highlighted Demory\u2019s exemplary leadership in airport operations and her steadfast commitment to advancing aviation across Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSarah embodies the highest standards of leadership, operational excellence, and public service. Hunter was recognized not only for his 40 years of contributions to the construction industry but also for his proactive collaboration with AzAA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMike has provided incredible support to AzAA, both on and off the board, and has set a tremendous example in his leadership, relationship-building, and project outcomes. As he prepares for retirement, he has ensured a smooth transition in his role while continuing to contribute to the industry\u2019s success.
