The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, which is overseeing the project, will begin the work in the second calendar quarter of 2026, prohibiting NBAA from holding the regional forum as planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NBAA will work with forum partners to establish an updated plan for the event and will provide details on the revised plan in the coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNBAA\u2019s regional forums are essential industry events, bringing together aircraft, exhibitors and unequaled opportunities for connecting in a convenient, one-day format,\u201d said association President and CEO Ed Bolen. \u201cThat said, Westchester County Airport is a key economic and transportation asset, and we understand the imperative for the FAA\u2019s runway upgrades.
