I learned so much from him about the heart of public benefit flying, and I recognize the big shoes I have to fill. He is a seasoned FAASTeam Safety Representative, accomplished aviator, and longtime advocate for charitable aviation. He has flown more than 500 volunteer missions supporting children, veterans, patients, and wildlife for organizations such as Angel Flight, Veterans Airlift Command, PALS Sky Hope, Turtles Fly Too, STEM Flights, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMark has dedicated his personal time and resources to advancing public benefit flying,\u201d said the ACA Board of Directors. \u201cHis experience, passion, and leadership will ensure ACA continues to thrive and inspire the next generation of volunteer aviators.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Air Care Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public service organization with a mission is to promote, support, and represent public benefit flying. ACA supports those who fly to help others and represents more than 60 volunteer pilot organizations nationwide that arrange safe, compassionate, and no-cost air transportation for medical, humanitarian, and community needs.
