This total surpasses the previous record of 112,141 set in 2024\u2014a 9% year-over-year increase that represents an additional 10,097 travelers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All eight airports experienced growth compared to last July, contributing to the state\u2019s fifteenth consecutive month of record-breaking passenger traffic. These sustained gains highlight both the strength and reliability of North Dakota\u2019s commercial air service network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cContinued growth in passenger traffic highlights the important role that air service plays in supporting North Dakota\u2019s economy.&#8221; said Kyle Wanner, Executive Director of the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission. &#8220;These record numbers show that residents and visitors alike are choosing to fly, which strengthens our communities and expands opportunities across the state.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Air Service Updates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jamestown &amp; Devils Lake Airports: Both airports now offer direct service to Denver. By removing their former linked-route arrangement, the total available seats have increased for passengers in both communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Williston Basin International Airport: Delta Airlines introduced a third daily flight to Minneapolis beginning August 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Individual Airport July Passenger Records:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fargo \u2013 Hector International Airport set a new July record with 54,008 boardings, surpassing the previous high of 48,344 set in July 2024.
