During her tenure, she has made significant contributions to the company, including partnering with executive leadership to drive culture transformation and succession planning, leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to her career with MSCAA, Love accumulated years of human resources experience across public and nonprofit sectors. She is a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Public Sector Human Resources Association Senior Certified Professional (PSHRA-SCP).
