In this role, she led all 1542 regulatory compliance programs, providing strategic oversight for more than nine years. Under her leadership, TPA\u2019s security compliance program became a model for excellence in the industry, recognized for its strong foundation in collaboration, discipline, and adherence to policy and procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before her tenure at TPA, Eleanor held progressive leadership roles at American Airlines for over 30 years. More than a decade of her time there was dedicated to serving as a station auditor, where she ensured regulatory compliance across FAA, DOT, and TSA standards at stations nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A passionate collaborator and industry leader, Eleanor is excited to bring her expertise to Kinexis Consulting.
