Skyryse\u00ae<\/a>, the creator of SkyOS\u2122, has announced that Marc Nichols, former Chief Counsel of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and current Co-Chair of DLA Piper’s Transportation Regulatory Practice, has joined the company as an advisor. Nichols will provide strategic guidance as Skyryse continues its mission to make aviation so simple and safe that anyone can fly.<\/p>\n\n\n

Nichols brings extensive experience in regulatory affairs, transportation policy, and aviation safety, having served as FAA Chief Counsel, where he played a critical role in regulatory oversight and policy development. His insights will further strengthen Skyryse’s work with the FAA to advance the certification of Skyryse One\u2122, the first aircraft with SkyOS \u2013 the world’s first universal operating system for aviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
