The first phase of The New Terminal One, including the arrivals and departures halls and the first 14 gates, is scheduled to open in June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In partnership with Tishman Construction Corp., the builder\nof the terminal, ADB SAFEGATE will deliver the latest Airside 4.0 technology,\nwhich includes a comprehensive apron management and tower system. The systems\ncombine 12 separate products and solutions, including apron management\nsoftware, advanced visual docking guidance systems, ramps services management\nsystem (RSMS), intelligent lead-in and roadway guard lighting, and a virtual\napron control room, offering one of the most integrated airport apron operations\nin the U.S. This fully integrated system is being delivered under a very unique\nMaster Systems Integrator (MSI) alliance approach, assuring all systems\nproviders are in lockstep for a seamless operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The New Terminal One, the consortium developing and\noperating the new terminal and systems, is led by Ferrovial, JLC\nInfrastructure, Ullico and Carlyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nick Haines, VP Americas for ADB SAFEGATE, said, &#8220;Our\nscope of work involves a complete apron management system bringing a new level\nof intelligence and automation to provide the most efficient and safest ramp\noperation in America, and among the very best in the world.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simon Gandy, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating\nOfficer for The New Terminal One, said, &#8220;Passenger experience and\nefficient operations are key priorities for our future operating business.
