These industry leaders have made substantial contributions to\nthe aviation insurance industry, demonstrated achievement in their careers, and\nhave shown their dedication to the AIA\u2019s mission.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cindy was the only female inducted in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of the inductees will be recognized at the 2024 AIA\nAnnual Conference in New Orleans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cindy Hales serves as the Aviation Practice Leader \/ Senior\nVice President of global insurance brokerage Hub International Northwest,\nLLC.&nbsp; With nearly twenty years of\nexperience, Cindy provides insurance solutions for all facets of the aviation\nindustry, with extensive experience working with commercial operators of\nvarious types, including airlines, cargo and charter operators, fixed base\noperators, aircraft manufacturers, commercial rotor wing operators, etc. She is\na fifteen-year HUB Northwest veteran who excels at providing her clients with\nthe most comprehensive coverage at the most competitive prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cindy is also responsible for providing professional\nexpertise to HUB International\u2019s teams across the country in the specialty\nfield of aviation insurance on their more complex aviation risks.
