Rhawie\u2019s leadership focus has expanded to\ninclude managing MSP\u2019s Airport Conference Center and leveraging revenue and\nbusiness development growth through the MAC\u2019s new Strategic Partnership\nProgram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIsabella Rhawie has played a pivotal role in redeveloping\nthe MAC\u2019s concessions program, and her leadership helped the program thrive and\nwin some of the industry\u2019s highest accolades,\u201d said Samantha Porter, MAC vice\npresident of finance and revenue development. \u201cShe brings a passion and energy\nto her work and always brings a customer perspective in managing and developing\nnew business concepts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rhawie joined the MAC in 2014 as a manager in concessions\nand business development. Over the last decade, she has been integral in\nredeveloping 85% of MSP\u2019s concession program. That program now generates more\nthan $275 million in annual revenue. Airports Council International-North\nAmerica honored MSP with the best large airport retail program in 2018 and the\nRichard A. Griesbach Award of Excellence in airport concessions in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe past decade at the MAC has been an incredible journey,\u201d\nRhawie said. \u201cI&#8217;ve been fortunate to learn from exceptional mentors who have\ninstilled in me a deep passion for this industry. I&#8217;m thrilled to leverage that\nexperience now to drive revenue growth, foster innovation, and lead our many\nairport tenant partners in delivering standout products and service that our\npassengers and customers expect at MSP.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining the MAC in 2014, Rhawie developed her\nconcessions and customer-focused business career at the Mall of America as a\ntourism and leasing coordinator. She holds a business administration degree\nfrom Augsburg University in Minneapolis.
