Dengler brings over three decades of\nexperience in admissions, operations, and campus leadership, making him a\nvaluable addition to the AIM family. Dengler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in\nCommunication and Business from University of Albany, SUNY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining AIM, Dengler served as the Campus Director\nof Altierus Career College, where he played a pivotal role in providing\noperational leadership and strategic vision. His efforts significantly\ncontributed to the student population growth and improved retention rates.\nDengler&#8217;s in-depth knowledge of AIM&#8217;s accrediting body, along with his\nexperience in trades industries such as Welding, HVAC, and CDL, will\nundoubtedly benefit the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Joel English, President of AIM, expressed enthusiasm\nabout Dengler&#8217;s appointment stating, &#8220;We are thrilled to welcome Tim to\nour organization and believe his dedication to student success and his passion\nfor workforce development will mean great things for our students in Northern\nVirginia, and for our aviation partners at Washington Dulles Airport, Reagan\nNational Airport, and throughout the Washington, D.C. area.&#8221; Mr. Dengler\nis equally excited about joining the AIM community, stating, &#8220;I am honored\nto join the AIM network of schools and lead the Manassas Campus.
